I appreciated the reception, it was friendly. The stuff did all they can for a nice stay. Outstanding meals with hot drinks. The hotel was located very close to shops, Rapids water park and West Palm Beach has to offer.

I loved the hotel, all the interiors were amazing. The continental breakfast was fine, there were hot waffles and cookies. Generally clean and uniquely decorated room with a nice balcony. Smooth check-in, fast check-out.

The pleasant enough staff was a plus, the location was unbeatable! I had a delicious meal at casual restaurant. Early check in and late check out. Everything was wonderful as always.

Convenient hotel, absolutely perfect rooms and courteous staff. I got free upgrade and liked it. There was a very clean pool on site too. Beautiful location to Northlake Square. The restaurant was good and clean.

I loved my stay at this tasteful hotel, well cleaned rooms. The breakfast was scrumptious, had lots of food like hot waffles and cookies. Original style venue with modern furniture in the rooms. They made my stay PERFECT.

it was as expected, had a relaxing stay. fairly clean place with very comfy beds. i had a calm and extremely comfortable room. in-house bar and heated pool.

There was no coffee.

It's amazing base for sightseeing and exploring West Palm Beach. We were in the queen room with climate control, pay TV and a work desk.
